This page explains what happens to your data when you visit 3dpen.eu (The 3D Hub). The short version: we don’t use analytics or advertising cookies, and ordinary visits don’t set any cookie from this site.
Who is responsible
The 3D Hub, which runs 3dpen.eu. You can reach us at contact3dpen@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Server logs. Like every website, our host records technical data for each request: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are kept by our hosting provider, OVHcloud, for a limited period.
- Cookies. This site sets no cookies for ordinary visitors. WordPress sets cookies only for people who log in to manage the site.
- Comments. Comments are closed, so we collect no names or email addresses through the site.
Links to Amazon
When you follow a link to Amazon, Amazon sets its own cookies on amazon.co.uk so that a purchase can be credited to us. That data is controlled by Amazon and covered by Amazon’s own privacy notice. We receive anonymous sales reports only, never your name, address or what else you bought.
Who we share data with
Only our hosting provider, OVHcloud, which stores the site and its logs. We don’t sell or rent personal data.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to how it is used. Write to contact3dpen@gmail.com. If you’re unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
